How long things take

Ready-made pieces, meaning whatever is in stock at the time, ship within X BUSINESS DAYS of your order.

Made to order work, which covers custom sizes, color matching, piercings and bulk orders, takes two to three weeks from the day the deposit clears. Bulk orders of ten or more need three weeks' notice. If you have a hard deadline, say so when you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible rather than finding out together later.

You'll get photos before anything custom ships.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders go out by YOUR CARRIER and shipping is calculated HOW YOU CHARGE IT at checkout.

Everything ships in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that says what's inside or who it's from. That's standard on every order, not something you have to request.

Once a package leaves our hands it's in the carrier's, and delivery times are theirs rather than ours. If tracking stops updating for more than a week, get in touch and we'll help you chase it.

Local pickup and events

If you're near Fort Mill you can arrange free local pickup instead of paying for shipping. You can also collect an order at any market or event we're booked at, which is often the fastest option if there's one coming up. Mention it when you order and we'll set it aside with your name on it.

Returns

Because of what these are and how they're made, YOUR RETURN POLICY: e.g. all sales are final, or returns accepted within 14 days unused and unwashed.

Custom and made to order pieces, including anything in a requested size, color or with a piercing added, can't be returned or exchanged. They were made specifically for you and can't be resold.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

This is different from a return and we'll always make it right. Send a photo within X DAYS of delivery and we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it, whichever you'd rather. Same goes for anything that shows up as the wrong item.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we'll sort out a replacement.

Cancellations and changes

Ready-made orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Custom orders can be cancelled before work starts, and the deposit is REFUNDABLE OR NOT after that point, since materials get bought and hours get spent. Need to change a color or size on something already in progress? Ask, and we'll do our best.

Care

The squeakers are stitched in permanently, so spot clean only and don't soak or machine wash. Water gets into the squeaker and stays there.
